Western International and Centre for Environment & Sustainability host an annual conference, International Week, to foster international learning opportunities, recruit and support international students, and enhance overall global activity and awareness. They invited The Safe Water Project’s Founder, Bruce Taylor, to be the keynote speaker for their 2020 conference. Bruce spoke on Safe Water Social Ventures for Shared Durable Prosperity.
In appreciation of the keynote, Western International and the Centre for Environment & Sustainability sponsored 5 biofilters each. This helped 10 families to purchase water purifiers for their homes, which will provide safe water for up to 25 years
