The Old Spaghetti Factory retained Enviro-Stewards in 2023 to assess energy conservation opportunities at their flagship restaurant in Toronto. In 2023, The Old Spaghetti Factory helped 50 families in East Africa to purchase water purifiers for their homes.
The Old Spaghetti Factory serves drinking water to its guests in glass jugs. As illustrated on the label of each jug (images below), the Old spaghetti Factory replaces all of the water guests consume in Toronto by purifying an equivalent quantity of safe drinking water in Uganda.
