Sustainable Safe Water Model

1 in 3 people globally don’t have access to safe drinking water. They have water, it just isn't safe to drink. The water related illnesses near our projects include cholera, typhoid, dysentery, amoeba, and worms. Safe Water Social Ventures provides training to local teams, enabling them to build a sustainable business and provide water that is both safe and affordable for their communities.

Set-up & Support

We provide training, tools, and mentoring, equipping teams to provide safe water to their communities. The projects use sustainable technology (bio-sand filter) that does not require energy or chemicals to operate, is easy to maintain, and can be constructed using locally available materials.

Supply Bio-sand filter moulds, hand tools, and raw materials (future materials are purchased with revenue from bio-sand filter sales).
