Christie manufactures cinema solutions including projectors (like the one used to screen SWSV’s annual impact film festival at the Apollo Cinema in Kitchener, Canada). In 2012, a Christie engineer was part of a team mentoring the safe water social venture projects in South Sudan and refurbishing solar panels on the roof of an orphanage to return them to service (photo below). And in 2023, with Christie’s contribution to the festival, SWSV helped 10 families to purchase water purifiers for their homes.
